We've been with Scott Bloom and Columbia Property Management for nearly 10 years. They are highly informed, proactive, personable, courteous and very professional. The staff is extremely responsive and will make every attempt to get you fair market pricing for your property. They also do an unprecedented job in getting you the "right" renter through meticulous / thorough screening. Mr. Scott Bloom is also the main reason why we are extremely loyal to CPM. He has a "customer obsession" philosophy and works tirelessly to ensure you're satisfied with their service. If you want a property management company that values and embraces "total" transparency, integrity, hard work, and customer commitment / satisfaction, there is no better property management team in the National Capital Region....not to mention, they do a fantastic job of taking care of your property with frequent inspections and reasonable maintenance fees. Good luck but if you join the CPM family, you won't have to flip a coin regarding your rental property. They will take care of you and your investment!
